Leila Marie Lawler

Leila Marie Lawler is a wife, mother of seven, and grandmother of many. She lives in Central Massachusetts.
Leila encountered Christianity as a high school student, was baptized, and entered the Catholic Church in 1979, the year she was married to Philip F. Lawler, noted Catholic author and editor of Catholic World News.
Leila practices “kitchen sink philosophy” at Like Mother, Like Daughter, a website for practical and theoretical insight into all aspects of daily life. She writes on everything from cooking and knitting to education and recovering what she and her daughters call “the collective memory.” Her other blog Happy Despite Them offers occasional observations and essays on various topics, and she has a popular Substack called The School for Housewives that provides short, practical, and inspiring messages to help women be happy at home.
The Summa Domestica: Order and Wonder in Family Life, a three-volume boxed set, is published by Sophia Institute Press. This work is a compendium of all her wit and wisdom from Like Mother, Like Daughter, organized with new material and a helpful index.
Her book, co-authored with David Clayton, The Little Oratory: A Beginner’s Guide to Praying in the Home, is published by Sophia Institute Press. Scott Hahn said of it, “How I wish I’d had this book when I first became a Catholic… This is one of the most beautiful books I’ve ever seen. Fr Nicholas Eichman, FSSP

Fr. Eichman is from Fort Wayne, IN and is one of eleven children. Three of his sisters are Carmelites and three of his brothers are FSSP priests. He served at St. Joan of Arc Parish from 2021 until 2025. He is currently the Pastor of Saint Mary’s on Broadway in Providence, RI.

Fr. Audino is originally from Albany, NY and is one of six boys. His education includes a BA from Ave Maria University in Florida and an STL from the Pontifical Faculty of the Immaculate Conception at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington, DC. He will be teaching at Our Lady of Guadalupe Seminary in Nebraska this fall.
Anne Marie Vogel

Anne Marie holds an MA in Teaching from Gonzaga University and has worked as a teacher and mentor in Catholic elementary schools for over 30 years. She currently serves as the head of the Catechism Department at St. Joan of Arc Parish. She is passionate about forming children in habits of virtue. Her work has supported and encouraged hundreds of families in their efforts to balance the unpredictabilities of home life with the desire to raise well-grounded, virtuous children.
